Referral Disclosure & Website Terms

Nieves de Alaska LLC provides Alaska real estate referral and matching services. These terms explain the scope of that service and how referral compensation works.

Referral service

Nieves de Alaska LLC matches buyers, sellers, and relocators with independent real estate professionals and brokerages. Submitting a request does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or representation relationship and does not obligate you to use a referred professional. Any representation must be documented separately with the brokerage you choose.

How we are paid

If an introduction results in a closing, Nieves de Alaska LLC may receive a referral fee from the receiving brokerage, through its responsible broker, under a separate referral agreement. You pay no referral or matching fee to Nieves de Alaska LLC. Any commission, fee, or transaction cost you may owe is governed by your separate agreement with the professional or brokerage you choose.

Independent professionals

Referred professionals and brokerages are independent of Nieves de Alaska LLC. You are responsible for interviewing the professional, verifying current license status and qualifications, reviewing any agreement, and deciding whether to proceed. A referral is not a guarantee of performance, availability, suitability, price, transaction, or result.

Service limits

The referral service is not an offer to purchase property and is not property management, lending, appraisal, inspection, insurance, title, escrow, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on this website is general and educational. Verify transaction-specific information with qualified professionals before making decisions.
